The Watoto wa Africa orphange looks after 50 boys and girls.
When Kids Aid Tanzania first came into contact with the children they were living in overcrowded conditions on a rented compound
with no proper toilet or washing faclities. The Charity determined to raise the funds needed to acquire land
and build a new home for the children. A large area of land was puchased in September 2008 and building
was sufficiently far advanced for the children to move in November. Funds are still needed to complete
the building.
