Help towards Orphanage Running Costs
It costs £20 a month to care
for each of the 135 children we support at the orphanages.
One-off contributions are welcomed.
£4 will buy a replacement mosquito net to protect a sleeping child from being bitten by malaria-carrying mosquitoes.
£12 will provide for a primary school uniform, exercise books and pens. £25 will buy a large sack
of maize flour to make ugali, which will feed all the children for several meals.
Monthly standing orders, for
any amount, are particularly welcomed to help provide regular income to the orphanages.
Bugarika Malaria Project
This project requires the
purchase of 5,500 insecticide-treated bed nets. They cost £4 ech and are guaranteed for 5 years.
Each net will protect 2 children.
Funding Guarantee
100% of money given by donors goes to meet the needs of the chidren. All the Charity's administrative,
marketing and travel costs are met from a special fund created by the Trustees.
